Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Fenomena kemiskinan sudah menjadi hal yang melekat erat pada kehidupan masyrakat Indonesia, ini karena adanya kebutuhan pada manusia yang tidak terpenuhi. Beberapa kebutuhan seperti kebutuhan fisiologis yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia dimana manusia perlu memenuhi kebutuhan ragawi berupa rasa lapar, haus, seks dan kebutuhan ragawi lainnya yang tidak terpenuhi. Saat kebutuhan ini tidak terpenuhi maka masyarakat mulai berusaha mencari jalan keluar dari permasalahan ini dengan cara bekerja. Demi memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang terus meningkat, masyarakat bahkan rela menggeluti pekerjaan yang bertentangan dengan hukum. Kondisi memaksa inilah yang menjadi pendorong masyarakat melakukannya. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang mendorong seseorang mengedarkan CD/DVD bajakan di Pasar Bambu Kuning, Bandar Lampung. Tipe penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah informan ditentukan dengan teknik Random Sampling, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 (delapan) orang. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara secara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang berkerja sebagai pedagang atau pengedar CD/DVD bajakan di Pasar Bambu Kuning, Bandar Lampung menjalani pekerjaan ini karena beberapa faktor yang memaksa, yaitu faktor ekonomi yang rendah, pendidikan rendah, sistem sosial budaya, dan tidak dimilikinya keahlian khusus. Barang berupa CD/DVD bajakan yang mereka peroleh melalui beberapa agen di dalam maupun luar kota bisa menghasilkan upah mulai dari Rp. 600.000 – Rp. 1000.000 perbulan yang juga dapat menimbulkan beberapa dampak negatif seperti razia aparat dengan kemudian di tangkap, di denda, di bakar barang dagangan, penggusuran lapak dagang, hilangnya waktu bersama keluarga bahkan direndahkan oleh teman. Hukum yang tercantum dalam undang-undang serta tindakan langsung dari aparat penegak hukum nyatanya tidak membuat mereka jera untuk terus bekerja sebagai pengedar CD/DVD bajakan demi memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Kata Kunci: Faktor Pendorong, CD/DVD Bajakan ABSTRACT The phenomenon of poverty already has become a matter which firmly attaches to the life of Indonesian society. This is because there are some daily needs which are not completed. The needs are such as physiological needs which are as the basic need of people where people must full fill physical needs like hunger, thirst, sex and others which are not completed. Facing this situation, people try to find a job to solve this problem. In order to full fill the increasing needs of life, people are willing to do an employment which is against the law. This is one of the reasons why people do this kind of job. This research aims to find out the factors which push someone distribute pirated CD/DVD in Bambu Kuning market, Bandar Lampung. Type of this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. In this research the number of informant decided by Random Sampling technique which is informant number are eight people. The method of collecting data in this research uses deep interview and documentation. The result of this research showed that people who work as distributor pirated CD/DVD in Bambu Kuning market, Bandar Lampung do this job because of some factors. They are economic factor which is low, low education, socio-cultural system, and no specialty. CD/DVD that the seller gets from inside and outside region agent can produce salary start from Rp. 600.000 to Rp. 1.000.000 per month. This salary included the negative impact that probably happen during selling or distributing CD/DVD such as arrested, fined, burned, eviction from forces raid, loss family time and friends debased. Law contained in the constitution and direct action of the law enforcement officers does not make the distributor wary to continue working as the seller or distributor paired CD/DVD in order to complete their daily needs.
