Abstrak Distribusi generalized logistik tipe IV merupakan perumuman dari distribusi logistik standar dengan menambahkan dua parameter baru yaitu parameter bentuk (α,β). Distribusi logistik standar diperoleh dari distribusi logistik umum dengan nilai μ=0 dan σ=1. Distribusi ini akan bekerja dengan baik apabila diketahui parameter penduganya. Berkaitan dengan pendugaan parameter distribusi kontinu dikenal beberapa metode pendugaan salah satunya metode generalized moment. Pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang karakteristik penduga parameter (α ̂,β ̂ ) distribusi generalized logistik tipe IV dengan menggunakan metode generalized moment yang meliputi sifat tak bias, ragam minimum, dan konsisten serta memeriksa varian-kovarian asimtotiknya. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penduga parameter (α ̂,β ̂ ) memiliki karakteristik penduga yang baik yaitu tak bias, ragam minimum karena mencapai batas bawah Rao-Cramer dan konsisten serta diperoleh bentuk analitik varian-kovarian asimtotik dari penduga parameter (α ̂,β ̂ ). Selain itu, disajikan dengan grafik fungsi kepekatan peluang distribusi generalized logistik tipe IV menggunakan software R versi 3.1.2, untuk melihat prilaku distribusi generalized logistik tipe IV. Kata Kunci : Distribusi Generalized Logistik Tipe IV, Metode Generalized Moment, Tak Bias, ragam Minimum, Konsisten, Varian-Kovarian Asimtotik ABSTRACT Generalized logistic distribution of type IV is a generalization of the standard logistic distribution by adding two new parameters that shape parameter (α,β). Standard logistic distribution obtained from the general logistics distribution with the value of μ = 0 and σ = 1. Related to paramater estimation for continuous distribution we know several methods of estimation, one of methods is generalized method of moment. In this study, we will examine the characteristics of parameter estimator (α ̂,β ̂ )generalized logistic distribution of type IV using generalized method of moment that included the characteristic of unbianess, minimum variance, and consistent also investigate the asymptotic variance-covariance. The results show that the characteristics of parameter estimators (α ̂,β ̂ ) are unbiased, minimum variance bacause the variance of (α ̂,β ̂ ) attains Rao-Cramer lower bound and consistent also we are obtained the analytic of the asymptotic variance-covariance parameter estimator (α ̂,β ̂ ). Moreover, presented by the graph of probability density function of generalized logistic distribution of type IV using software R version 3.1.2, to see the behavior of the generalized logistic distribution of type IV.
