Abstrak

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan antara: 1) motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru, 2) disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, 3) kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru serta 4) motivasi berprestasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN Kecamatan Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan metode ex post facto. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 62 dari 74 guru SMPN Kecamatan Pekalongan. Data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasional dan regresi, baik secara sederhana maupun ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment dan korelasi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik motivasi berprestasi maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 2) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru mengenai disiplinkerja maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru 4) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi berprestasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik motivasi berprestasi, disiplin kerja dan persepsi guru mengenai kompetensi pedagogik maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya. Saran yang disampaikan dari hasil penelitian ini terutama kepada guru agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik serta menciptakan kinerja guru yang baik. Kata kunci: motivasi berprestasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the relationship: 1) achievement motivation and teacher performance, 2) the discipline of work with teacher performance, 3) pedagogical competence with teacher performance and 4) achievement motivation, discipline and pedagogical work simultaneously on teacher performance SMP Subdistrict Pekalongan. This type of research quantitatively using ex post facto. Samples using Slovin formula as much as 62 of the 74 teachers SMP District of Pekalongan. Data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using correlation and regression techniques either simple or double. Hypothesis testing is done by Product Moment correlation and multiple correlation, which had previously been carried out tests of normality and homogeneity. The results of the study as follows: 1) there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and performance of teachers, implies that the better the achievement motivation, the better the performance, 2) there is a positive relationship between the discipline of work with teacher performance, implies that the better perception teachers on disiplinkerja the better the performance, 3) there is a positive relationship between pedagogical competence with teacher performance 4) there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation, discipline and pedagogical work with teacher performance, implies that the better the achievement motivation, work discipline and perceptions of teachers regarding pedagogic the better the performance. Suggestions submitted from the results of this study, especially to teachers in order to improve achievement motivation, discipline and pedagogical work and create good teacher performance.
