Abstract
An information system is formed based on the universal set U and the attributes A, which are expressed with the notation (U,A) and the membership value of the set. The fuzzy and form equivalence classes are based on IND(P). If given set X ⊆ U, the set of ordered pairs of upper approximations of Apr(X) and the lower approximation of Apr(X) is called a rough set if Apr(X) − Apr(X) ̸= ∅, then given the set of all defined rough sets T = {RS(X)|X ⊆ U}. In this study, rough semigroups were constructed using the Praba concept with operations △ and ▽ and provided construction examples of rough semigroups and their properties using the Praba concept, as well as a program to prove rough semigroups with operations △ and ▽ using the Praba concept.Keywords: Indiscernibility relation, Approximation space, Rough set, Rough semigroup, Praba concept
