Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TO THE PERFORMANCE OF AUTOMOTIVE AND ALLIED PRODUCT COMPANY LISTED ON INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE DURING THE 2007-2011 By: DWI RAHMALIA The objective of this study is to estimate the effect of intellectual capital (measured by the VAIC TM ), physical capital, and financial capital toward company’s performance (proxy by PER and PBV). It is an empirical study using Partial Least Square for the data analysis. The data are drawn from Automotive and Allied Product companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2007-2011 periods. The result show that Intellectual Capital, physical capital, and financial capital influence the company’s performance of Automotive and Allied Product listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2007-2011 periods. ABSTRAK PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN AUTOMOTIVE AND ALLIED PRODUCT YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2007-2011 Oleh: DWI RAHMALIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh intellectual capital (yang diukur menggunakan metode VAIC TM ), modal fisik, dan modal finansial terhadap kinerja perusahaan (dengan proksi PER dan PBV). Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square sebagai alat analisis. Perusahaan yang menjadi obyek pengamatan adalah perusahaan Automotive and Allied Product yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2007-2011. Dari hasil pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu intellectual capital (yang diukur dengan VAIC TM ), modal fisik, dan modal finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan Automotive and Allied Product selama tahun 20072011. Kata Kunci : VAIC TM , Intellectual Capital, Modal Fisik, Modal Finansial, Kinerja Perusahaan, Partial Least Square.
