Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Website Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti adalah jenis website helpdesk yang menyediakan informasi dan menjadi tempat untuk bertanya ke Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Website tersebut dikembangkan dengan menggunakan konsep SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan metode Agile. Proses pengembangan pada konsep SDLC adalah planning, analysis, design, implementation, dan maintenance. Pada proses implementation terdapat testing atau pengujian website. Pada proses pengujian website Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti sebelumnya tidak melibatkan end user dalam pengujiannya, sehingga belum diketahui kemampuan dan kepuasan user dalam menggunakan website. Pada penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi untuk pengujian website dengan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu UAT (User Acceptance Testing) dan Performance Testing. Metode UAT digunakan untuk melihat kegunaan website dan kepuasan user dalam menggunakan website. UAT menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengujiannya, kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner jenis PSSUQ (Post-Study System Usability Quesionnare). Hasil uji UAT dengan 82 responden pada skala overall didapatkan nilai sebesar 2,25 yang berada di bawah dari batas bawah dan menandakan bahwa website Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti sudah sangat baik dinilai dari kegunaan, informasi dan antarmuka dari website dan user merasa puas dengan website tersebut. Pada performance testing menggunakan tools Apache JMeter dan virtual user sebanyak 10.000, 40.000, 80.000, dan 100.000 user yang diakses dalam waktu 60 detik. Hasil dari performance testing adalah pada 40.000 user didapatkan error sebesar 59% yang menandakan bahwa sekitar 40% user yang dapat melakukan akses pada website tanpa adanya error. Sehingga pada kinerja website harus lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan agar lebih banyak user yang dapat melakukan akses ke website secara bersamaan. Kata kunci : Pengujian Website, UAT, PSSUQ, Pengujian Kinerja, Load Test The Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti website is a type of helpdesk website that provides information and is a place to ask questions to the Ministry of Education and Culture. The website was developed using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concept with the Agile method. The development process in the SDLC concept is planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. In the implementation process there is website testing. In the previous Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti website at testing process, end users were not involved in the testing, so the user's ability and satisfaction in using the website were not yet known. This study will conduct an evaluation for website testing using 2 methods, namely UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Performance Testing. The UAT method is used to see the usability of the website and user satisfaction in using the website. UAT uses a questionnaire for testing, the questionnaire used is the PSSUQ (Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire) type questionnaire. The results of the UAT test with 82 respondents on an overall scale obtained a value of 2.25 which is below the lower limit and indicates that the Kanal Pengetahuan Dikti website is very good in terms of usability, information and interface of the website and users are satisfied with the website. In performance testing using Apache JMeter tools and virtual users as many as 10,000, 40,000, 80,000, and 100,000 users accessed within 60 seconds. The results of performance testing are that in 40,000 users, an error of 59% was obtained, indicating that around 40% of users can access the website without any errors.
