Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect between the internal control system and employee performance on the effectiveness of lending in banking companies. In this study, Conventional BUMN banks located in Bandar Lampung were used as research objects. This study uses primary data by relying on a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results obtained, risk assessment and control activities have a negative effect and control environment variables, information and communication, monitoring, and employee performance have a positive effect on the effectiveness of lending. The limitations in this study are the lack of samples that can be studied and this study uses a questionnaire so that the answers given do not match the actual situation. Keyword : internal control, employee performance, effectiveness of credit granting
