Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di SLB Insan Madani Metro, dengan subfokus penelitian: (1) Perencanaan sumber daya manusia (2) Pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia; (3) Penggerakan sumber daya manusia; (4) Pengawasan sumber daya manusia di SLB Insan Madani Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif, sesuai dengan hakekat penelitian kualitatif maka penelitian ini bersumber pada pengamatan di lapangan (field research) dan wawancara.Teknik analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif sesuai pendapat Miles dan Hubberman proses analisis data meliputi: penyajian data, reduksi data, verifikasi, dan kesimpulan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia SLB Insan Madani Metro dimulai dari perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang sudah memusatkan perhatian pada sasaran dan pencapaian tujuan dan proses perencanaan sudah dilaksanakan oleh arahan yayasan dikoordinasi kepala sekolah kepada semua pihak terkait, pengorganisasian sudah dilaksanakan dengan kendala kurangnya sumber daya manusia manusia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, penggerakan merupakan proses pembimbingan dan penggerakan yang memerlukan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan pihak dinas pendidikan untuk membantu mensukseskan penggerakan manajemen sumber daya manusia sekolah, pengawasan merupakan proses yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian rencana dan tujuan sudah dilaksanakan dan perlu ditingkatkan demi penyempurnaan. Abstract Bahasa Inggris This study aimed to analyze and describe human resource management in Special Education School (SLB) Insan Madani Metro, focusing on the four functions of management in this school: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing, (4) and controlling. This study used a qualitative research design. Data were collected using observations and interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman’s interactive pattern: data presentation, data reduction, data verification, and conclusion. Human resource management in SLB Insan Madani Metro started from planning, focusing on the targets and the achievement of the objectives, and the planning process was carried out based on the guidance from the Foundation of this school, coordinated by the principal with other stakeholders. The organizing function was implemented despite facing some obstacles, particularly lack of human resources in accordance with the needs. Directing constitutes coaching of human resources and requires good communication and coordination with other parties such as education office to help the school succeed. Controlling aimed to measure the achievement of the objectives set at the planning step. This controlling was implemented in this school but it should be improved.
