Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kelapa muda adalah kelapa yang memiliki daging masih berlendir. Daging dari kelapa muda ini memiliki warna yang putih cenderung bening dan bertekstur lunak. Selain itu kelapa muda memiliki warna hijau dengan baret coklat pada kulitnya. Kebanyakan hingga saat ini pengusaha kelapa muda masih melayani permintaan konsumen yang ingin mengkomsumsi dengan memproses kelapa muda secara manual yakni menggunakan pisau atau benda sejenis yang tajam. Tetapi di era globalisasi saat ini belum banyak ditemukan alat bantu yang digunakan mengupas atau memotong kulit kelapa muda yang dapat dihidangkan langsung. Alat pengupas kelapa muda ini prinsip kerjanya system putar, kelapa yang akan dikupas diletakkan pada bagian atas yang dibuat khusus untuk dudukan kelapa dan untuk memastikan kelapa tidak jatuh pada saat proses pengupasan, kelapa muda ditahan menggunakan poros berulir yang berfungsi sebagai pengunci. Motor penggerak yang digunakan adalah motor listrik, daya pada motor listrik akan diteruskan dari putaran pully motor melalui v-belt ke pulley yang digerakkan. Alat ini diciptakan dengan tujuan untuk mempersingkat waktu pengerjan dan mempercantik hasil akhir sehingga proses lebih cepat dan dapat menghasilkan hasil produksi yang lebih banyak dan lebih rapi. dengan mesin pengupas kulit kelapa muda ini, pengupasan dilakukan dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan cara manual dengan kapasitas produksi berkisar 68 buah/jam . Kata kunci : Kelapa Muda,alat bantu, alat pengupas kelapa muda. Young coconut is a coconut that has a slimy flesh. The meat of this young coconut has a white color that tends to be clear and has a soft texture. In addition, young coconuts have a green color with brown streaks on the skin. Most until now young coconut entrepreneurs still serve consumer demand who want to consume by processing young coconuts manually, namely using a knife or similar sharp objects. But in the current era of globalization there are not many tools used to peel or cut the skin of young coconut that can be served directly. This young coconut peeler working principle is a rotary system, the coconut to be peeled is placed on the top which is specially made for the coconut holder and to ensure that the coconut does not fall during the peeling process, the young coconut is held using a threaded shaft that functions as a lock. The driving motor used is an electric motor, the power in the electric motor will be forwarded from the rotation of the motor pully through the v-belt to the driven pulley. This tool was created with the aim of shortening the working time and beautifying the final result so that the process is faster and can produce more and neater production. with this young coconut skin peeling machine, peeling is done in a faster time than the manual way with a production capacity of around 68 pieces / hour.
