Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan heading bola pada atlet sekolah sepakbola SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen komperatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang atlet dengan menggunakan teknik Ordinal Pairing. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu tes Heading. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kelompok treatment pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan heading bola pada atlet sekolah sepakbola SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. Dengan hasil uji t taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 9,731 > nilai t tabel = 2,145. Peningkatan sebesar 53,46%. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kelompok kontrol atau tanpa perlakuan terhadap keterampilan heading bola pada atlet sekolah sepakbola SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. Dengan hasil uji t taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,467 > nilai t tabel = 2,145. Peningkatan sebesar 24,41%. (3) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok treatment dan kelompok kontrol terhadap keterampilan heading bola pada atlet sekolah sepakbola SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. Dengan analisis data pengujian 2 sisi (signifikan = 0,025) diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 6,108 > t tabel = 2,048. Katakunci: pendekatan taktis, heading bola, tes heading. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tactical approach on ball heading skills in football school athletes of SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. The research method used was a comparative experiment. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 athletes using the Ordinal Pairing technique. The instrument used was the Heading Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant effect of the tactical approach treatment group on ball heading skills in football school athletes of SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur. With the results of the t test at a significant level of 5% (0.05), the calculated t value was 9.731> t table value = 2.145. An increase of 53.46%. (2) There is a significant influence of the control group or without treatment on the ball heading skills of the SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur football school athletes. With the results of the t-test at a significant level of 5% (0.05), the calculated t value was 4.467 > t-table value = 2.145. An increase 24,41%. (3) There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the ball heading skills of the SSB Persita Junior FC Lampung Timur football school athletes. With the analysis of 2-sided test data (significant = 0.025), the calculated t value was 6.108 > t-table= 2.048. Keywords: tactical approach, heading the ball, heading test.
