Abstract
Proses bimbingan laporan kerja praktik (KP) di Jurusan Ilmu Komputer masih dilakukan secara manual, yang kerap menghadirkan kendala dalam hal koordinasi waktu antara mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing serta kesulitan dalam menelusuri riwayat laporan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem informasi bimbingan laporan kerja praktik berbasis web yang mampu memfasilitasi proses bimbingan secara online, sistematis, dan terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai pendekatan pengembangan sistem, serta metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam proses analisis kebutuhan dan implementasi. Sistem menyediakan berbagai fitur seperti penjadwalan bimbingan, pengunggahan laporan, pemberian catatan revisi, serta pengelolaan profil dan pengumuman. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan hasil sebesar 81%, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kriteria kepuasan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses bimbingan menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, serta mempermudah komunikasi dan pemantauan perkembangan laporan oleh kedua belah pihak. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Bimbingan, Kerja Praktik, Web, Waterfall, UAT The internship report guidance process in the Computer Science Department is still conducted manually, often causing issues in scheduling between students and supervisors, as well as difficulties in tracking report history. To address these issues, a web-based information system was developed to facilitate an online, systematic, and well-documented supervision process. This study applies the Waterfall method as the system development model, and a descriptive qualitative approach for needs analysis and implementation. The system includes features such as guidance scheduling, report submission, revision notes, profile management, and announcements. The system was tested using the blackbox method and User Acceptance Test (UAT), yielding a result of 81%, indicating user satisfaction with the system's features. This system enhances efficiency, transparency, and communication between students and supervisors, while also supporting real-time monitoring of internship report progress.
