Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) terintegrasi STEM terhadap kemampuan Creative Problem Solving (CPS) peserta didik pada materi pokok Bioteknologi dan tanggapan peserta didik mengenai model ADI terintegrasi STEM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X.8 sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 32 peserta didik dan kelas X.10 sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 34 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Data kemampuan CPS diperoleh melalui tes dan dianalisis menggunakan Independent sample t-test, sedangkan data tanggapan peserta didik diperoleh dari angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan CPS kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (N-gain 0,39) dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (N-gain 0,29). Hasil uji Independent sample t-test didapatkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, model ADI terintegrasi STEM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan CPS peserta didik. Selain itu, hasil uji effect size mendapatkan nilai 0,84 dengan kriteria tinggi. Kemampuan CPS tertinggi terdapat pada indikator mess finding (N-gain 0,50) dengan kategori sedang dan terendah pada indikator idea finding (N-gain 0,30). Hasil analisis angket tanggapan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Model ADI terintegrasi STEM mendapat tanggapan positif dari peserta didik dalam hal memahami materi bioteknologi, meningkatkan minat belajar, mengasah pengetahuan dalam menulis ilmiah dan melaksanakan prosedur pembuatan produk bioteknologi. Kata kunci : Kemampuan Creative Problem Solving (CPS), Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) terintegrasi STEM, Bioteknologi This study aims to determine the effect of the integrated STEM Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) model on students' Creative Problem Solving (CPS) abilities in the subject of Biotechnology and students' responses to the integrated STEM ADI model. The population in this study were 10th grade students at SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample in this study consists of 32 students from class X.8 as the experimental class and 34 students from class X.10 as the control class, selected using cluster random sampling. CPS ability data were obtained through tests and analyzed using an independent sample t-test, while student responses were obtained from questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the CPS ability of the experimental class was higher (N-gain 0.39) than that of the control class (N-gain 0.29). The Independent sample t-test yielded a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, the integrated STEM ADI model has a significant effect on students' CPS abilities. Additionally, the effect size test yielded a value of 0.84, which is considered high. The highest CPS ability was observed in the mess finding indicator (N-gain 0.50) with a moderate category, while the lowest was in the idea finding indicator (N-gain 0.30). The results of the questionnaire analysis indicate that the use of the integrated ADI STEM model received positive feedback from students in terms of understanding biotechnology material, increasing learning interest, sharpening knowledge in scientific writing, and performing biotechnology product manufacturing procedures.
