Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan adaptif, pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, dan iklim sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto, dengan mengambil sampel guru SMP Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung melalui teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden yang berada pada kategori sangat baik dari sisi tingkat respons. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif, pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, dan iklim sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan adaptif, pengambilan keputusan, iklim sekolah, kepuasan kerja guru The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effects of adaptive leadership, principals’ decision-making, and school climate on the job satisfaction of public junior high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. This study employs a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, involving a sample of public junior high school teachers selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with the number of respondents obtained categorized as very good in terms of respons rate. The results of the study indicate that adaptive leadership, principals’ decision-making, and school climate have a positive and significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.
