Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model creative problem solving pada terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Jenis penilitian ini merupakan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan jenis One Group Pre test Post test Design. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 215 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model creative problem solving terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. The results of the study have a significant influence from the application of the Creative Problem Solving model on the creative thinking skills.
