Abstract
Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan di Indonesia, termasuk di Provinsi Lampung. Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis yang digunakan saat ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penyajian informasi, visualisasi data, dan pemantauan persebaran kasus sehingga diperlukan dashboard yang lebih interaktif dan mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX dashboard Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) melalui tahapan memahami konteks pengguna, menentukan kebutuhan pengguna, merancang solusi desain, dan evaluasi desain. Proses perancangan menghasilkan wireframe, mockup, dan prototype menggunakan Figma yang kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan A/B Testing berbasis Maze dan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan melibatkan 15 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kedua desain memiliki efektivitas sebesar 100%, namun Desain B memperoleh skor SUS lebih tinggi yaitu 90,5 dibandingkan Desain A sebesar 85,5 dengan kategori Excellent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX dashboard yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat usability sangat baik serta mampu menyajikan informasi Tuberkulosis secara lebih interaktif dan mudah dipahami pengguna. Tuberculosis is a major public health issue in Indonesia, including in Lampung Province. The Tuberculosis Information System currently in use still has limitations in terms of information presentation, data visualization, and monitoring of case distribution; therefore, a more interactive and user-friendly dashboard is needed. This study aims to design the UI/UX of a Tuberculosis Information System dashboard using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method through the following stages: understanding the user context, determining user needs, designing solutions, and evaluating the design. The design process produced wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, which were then evaluated using Maze-based A/B Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 15 participants. Test results showed that both designs had 100% effectiveness; however, Design B received a higher SUS score of 90.5 compared to Design A’s 85.5, falling into the “Excellent” category. The research findings indicate that the resulting UI/UX dashboard design possesses very high usability and is capable of presenting tuberculosis information in a more interactive and user-friendly manner.
