Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Konsumsi dua gelas susu perhari akan membantu seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kalsium sehari-hari. Hal ini dikarenakan memasuki usia tiga puluh tahun manusia mulai mengalami pengeroposan tulang sehingga kebutuhan kalsium dalam tubuh meningkat. Jika kondisi ini dibiarkan tanpa dicegah dengan tindakan yang benar, maka tulang tidak hanya akan mengalami kekurangan pembentuknya namun juga sampai ke tahap pengeroposan atau bahkan sampai patah yang disebut dengan osteoporosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap osteoporosis dengan konsumsi susu pada wanita pegawai administrasi di Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini wanita pegawai administrasi di Universitas Lampung. Jumlah saampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 orang dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampling dengan metode random sampling. Pengetahuan dan sikap mengenai osteoporosis diukur dengan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi square, didapatkan p = 0,001 untuk pengetahuan mengenai osteoporosis, sedangkan untuk sikap p = 0,031. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap osteoporosis dengan konsumsi susu pada wanita pegawai administrasi di Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci : Konsumsi susu, osteoporosis, pengetahuan, sikap. ABSTRACT Two glasses of daily milk consumption will help someone to fulfill daily calcium necessity. This is because since thirties, human body will experience porous bone so that calcium body demand will increase. If this condition is left without proper prevention, bone calcium formation will be deficient and even worse going into porous bone disorder or osteoporosis or fractured bone case. The objective of this research was to find out the correlations of knowledge and attitude to osteoporosis to female administrative employees’ milk consumptions in Lampung University. This was an analytic descriptive research with cross sectional approach. Population was all administrative employees in Lampung University. 114 respondent samples were taken using random sampling. Knowledge and attitude to osteoporosis were measured by using questionnaires. The chi square test result derived p = 0.001 for osteoporosis knowledge and p = 0.031 for attitude to osteoporosis. The result showed that there were correlations between knowledge and attitude towards osteoporosis with the consumption of milk in female administrative staff at the University of Lampung (p<0.05).
