Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penataan kota di Bandar Lampung dihadapkan pada masalah yaitu belum terwujudnya penataan kota berwawasan lingkungan, karena kurang baiknya perencanaan. Oleh karena itu pemerintah dituntut untuk membangun daerahnya masing-masing dengan wawasan lingkungan sesuai dengan tata ruang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: ”Bagaimanakah perencanaan Dinas Tata Kota Bandar Lampung dalam penataan kota berwawasan lingkungan? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan penataan kota yang berwawasan lingkungan oleh Dinas Tata Kota Bandar Lampung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan penataan kota berwawasan lingkungan oleh Dinas Tata Kota Bandar Lampung, terdiri dari: (1) Pembangunan kota mengacu kepada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, yaitu Undang- Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2011 Tentang Tentang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 Tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Tahun 2011-2030. (2) Adanya Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) seluas 30% dari luas kota terdiri dari 20% RTH Publik dan 10% RTH Privat, yaitu merencanakan adanya ruang terbuka hijau bagi pembangunan perumahan dalam kerangka penataan dan peremajaan kawasan pada lokasi-lokasi yang berada di daerah pusat-pusat pertumbuhan wilayah yang memiliki ketersediaan sarana prasarana lingkungan kurang memadai. Dinas Tata Kota mewajibkan penyediaan RTH pada setiap aktivitas pembangunan perumahan, permukiman, perkantoran dan kawasan industri, namun demikian RTH sebesar 30% dari seluruh luas wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung belum dapat dilaksanakan. (3) Adanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan kota, yaitu melalui forum komunikasi untuk menciptakan koordinasi yang memungkinkan para stakeholder bertemu untuk mendiskusikan berbagai masalah dalam pembangunan kota berwawasan lingkungan. Therefore, the government is expected to build their respective regions with an insight into the environment in accordance with the layout. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "How the City Planning Office planning Bandar Lampung in environmentally sound city planning? The purpose of this study was to determine the arrangement of the city planning environmentally sound by the City Planning Office Bandar Lampung. This type of research is qualitative. The results showed that the planning of environmentally sound city planning by the City Planning Office Bandar Lampung, consisting of: (1) Development of the city refers to the legislation in force, namely Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government, Act No. 1 of 2011 About Housing and Settlement Region Bandar Lampung Regional Regulation No. 10 Year 2011 on Spatial Planning Year 2011- 2030. (2) The presence of green open space of 30% of the city area consists of 20% public and 10% private of open space, which is planned for green open space for housing development within the framework of the arrangement and the rejuvenation of the area in locations which are in regional centers of growth in areas that have less environmental availability of adequate infrastructure. Department of City Planning require the provision of green space for each housing development activity, housing, offices and industrial areas, however RTH 30% of the entire area of the city of Bandar Lampung can not be implemented. (3) The public participation in urban development, namely through communications to create a coordination forum that allows stakeholders met to discuss various issues in the development of environmentally sound city.
