ABSTRAK Lele sangkuriang (C. gariepinus) merupakan salah satu 1komoditas yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Namun, permasalahan dalam budidaya lele salah satunya adalah penyakit. Cara yang aman untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut adalah dengan pemberian imunostimulan yang dibuat dari bahan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas penggunaan tepung bioflok sebagai agen imunostimulan dan mengetahui perlakuan terbaik penggunaan tepung bioflok dalam menstimulasi sistem pertahanan non spesifik dan survival rate (SR) ikan lele sangkuriang. penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai April 2015 di Laboratorium Perikanan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (0% tepung bioflok + 100% pakan, 5% tepung bioflok + 95% pakan, 10% tepung bioflok + 90% pakan, dan 15% tepung bioflok + 85% pakan) dan 3 kali ulangan. Penelitian berlangsung selama 35 hari dan diamati pada awal (H0), tengah (H18) dan akhir (H35) penelitian. Data hematologi (persentase hematokrit, total leukosit, diferensial leukosit, aktivitas fagositosis), SR, dan relative percent survival (RPS) dianalis dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung bioflok berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan sistem pertahanan non spesifik ikan lele sangkuriang, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap SR. Perlakuan terbaik imunostimulan tepung bioflok yang mampu menstimulasi sistem pertahanan non spesifik (total leukosit, diferensial leukosit, dan aktivitas fagositosis) ikan lele sangkuriang adalah 15% tepung bioflok + 85% pakan. Kata kunci : lele sangkuriang, sistem pertahanan non spesifik, bioflok, hematologi, survival rate ABSTRACT Sangkuriang catfish (C. gariepinus) is one of commodities that is favored by the Indonesian people and has a great potency to be developed. However, a problem in catfish farming is a disease. A safe way to overcome this problem is to give immunostimulant made from natural ingredients. This research was aimed to analyse the effectiveness of biofloc meal as immunostimulatory agent and to determine the best treatment proportion of biofloc meal in stimulating non-specific defense system and SR of sangkuriang catfish. The research was conducted from February to April 2015 at the Fisheries Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments (0% biofloc meal + 100% feed, 5% biofloc meal + 95% feed, 10% biofloc meal + 90% feed, and 15% biofloc f meal + 85% feed) and 3 replicates. The study lasted for 35 days and observed at the beginning (H0), middle (H18) and the end (H35) of research. Data of hematology (hematocrit percentage, total leukocytes, differential leukocytes, phagocytic activity), SR and relative percent survival (RPS) were analysed by analysis of variance (Anova). The results showed that administration of biofloc meal increase non-specific defense system of sangkuriang catfish, but not increase SR. The best treatment of biofloc meal as immunostimulant to stimulate non-specific defense system (leukocytes, differential leukocytes and phagocytic activity) of sangkuriang catfish was 15% bioflok meal + 85% feed.
