Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian itu dilakukan untuk mengisolasi mikroba endofitik dari kulit kayu raru dan menguji potensi mereka dalam fermentasi hidrolisat onggok singkong untuk produksi bioetanol. Enam isolat yang diperoleh, diuji untuk fermentasi, dan hanya satu isolat yang memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan bioethanol dengan konsentrasi 15,5%, dengan konsentrasi gula pereduksi hampir 100 % dari onggok singkong menggunakan hidrolisis asam. (This study was carried out to isolate endophytic microorganims form the bark of raru tree and to test their potential for fermenting of hydrolizate of solid cassava waste for bioethanol production. Six isolate were obtained and tested for fermentation, and it was found that one isolate exhibited the ability to produce bioethanol with the concentration of 15,5 %, with the concentration of reducing sugar of practically 100 % from solid cassava waste use the hydrolysis of acid.)
