Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The research aims to analyze: (1) diffrerence student’s motivation before and after being given group guidance service, (2) diffrerence student’s motivation before and after being given word games crush in group guidance service. Research method used was experimental method, that design one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Natar South Lampung. The population research were students of class VII, while sample of research were students of class VII A dan VII D. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Hypothesis testing used wilcoxon and t-test. From the research it can be conclude (1) there is difference of student’s motivation before and after after being given group guidance service. The mean score of student motivation before being given group guidance service is 94,34 and after being given group guidance service 118,17 or gate increasing 25,3%. (2) There is difference of student’s motivation before and after after being given word games crush in group guidance service. The mean score of student motivation before being given service is 91,91 and after being given service is 146,00 or gate increasing 58,9%. Keywords: service group guidance, game, motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) perbedaan motivasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan bimbingan kelompok. (2) perbedaan motivasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan permainan tebak kata. Metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen yaitu Pre-eksperimental design one-group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Natar Lampung Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VII, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas siswa VII A dan Kelas VII D. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah (1) ada perbedaan motivasi siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok. Skor rata-rata motivasi siswa sebelum diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok 94,34, sedangkan setelah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok menjadi 118,17 atau mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar 25,3%, (2) ada perbedaan motivasi siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan permainan tebak kata. Skor rata-rata motivasi siswa sebelum diberi layanan 91,91, sedangkan setelah diberi layanan menjadi 146,00 atau mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar 58,9%.
