Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis besar harga pokok produksi Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L dan 3WF di PT XYZ, (2) menganalisis besar laba yang dihasilkan pada Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L dan 3WF di PT XYZ, dan (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laba pada produksi SIR 3L dan 3WF di PT XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan di PT XYZ. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan perkebunan besar di Propinsi Lampung, dan merupakan salah satu Unit Usaha yang mengolah karet remah dalam bentuk bahan olah karet Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L dan 3WF . Waktu pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus di PT XYZ. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis harga pokok produksi dan laba menggunakan metode full costing. Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laba menggunakan pendekatan ekonometrika dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Harga pokok produksi Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L dan 3 WF di PT. XYZ berdasarkan analisis full costing adalah Rp 22.688. Nilai full costing ini lebih besar dibandingkan dengan perhitungan perusahaan sebesar Rp 22.500. (2) Laba produksi Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L PT. XYZ berdasarkan analisis full costing adalah Rp 86.724.742.204. Nilai ini besarnya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan perhitungan perusahaan sebesar Rp 90.436.961.662. (3) Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi laba produksi Standar Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L dan 3 WF adalah harga bahan baku, pemeliharaan bangunan dan mesin, serta harga pokok penjualan Kata Kunci : Harga pokok produksi, Laba, full costing, SIR 3L dan 3WF Abstract The study aims to: (1) analyze the cost of production of Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 3L and 3WF in XYZ, (2) analyzes of the profit generated on the Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 3L and 3WF on XYZ, and (3) determine the factors that affect earnings in the production of SIR 3L and 3WF at XYZ. The study was conducted at XYZ. Site selection is done deliberately by the consideration that XYZ is a large plantation in Lampung Province, and is one of the business unit that processes rubber crumb rubber in the form of material if the Standard Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L and 3WF. When data collection is done in March to April 2012. This study uses a case study in PT XYZ. The data used include the primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the cost of production and profit using the full costing method. Analysis of the factors that affect earnings econometric approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Cost of production Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) 3L and 3 WF in PT. XYZ is based on analysis of full costing is $ 22 688. Full costing value is larger than the calculation of the company amounted to Rp 22.500. (2) Income production Standard Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L PT. XYZ is a full costing analysis Rp 86.724.742.204. This value is smaller than the size of the company amounted to Rp 90.436.961.662 calculations. (3) Factors that affect the earnings of production Standard Indonesia Rubber (SIR) 3L and 3 WF is the price of raw materials, maintenance of buildings and machinery, as well as the cost of goods sold Keywords: Cost of production, income, full costing, SIR 3L and 3WF
