Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Hell’s Kitchen adalah acara reality kompetisi yang terlebih dahulu hadir di berbagai negara seperti Amerika, Inggris, Jerman, dan Rusia. Untuk pertama kalinya program Hell’s Kitchen hadir di Asia yaitu Indonesia. Chef Juna hadir sebagai Head Chef, juri sekaligus host. Acara ini pertama kali dimulai pada tahun 2015. Berisi acara yang berhubungan dengan memasak selama 90 menit. Tujuan dari penelitian berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah yaitu untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh tayangan kuliner Hell Kitchen terhadap motif belajar siswa jururusan tata boga SMKN 3 Bandar Lamapung angkatan 2014/2015 kelas XI. Teori yang digunkan adalah teori Usses and Gratification dan teori belajar sosial. Tipe penelitan yang digunakan dalam adalah penelitian (explanatory) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan jumlah sampel sebanyang 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan kuisioner dan studi literatur. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini melalui tahap editing, coding dan tabulating dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus regresi liniear sederhana karena hanya ada dua variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh motif belajar siswa jurusan tata boga SMKN 3 Bandar lampung. Nilai korelasi pengaruh tayangan Kuliner Hells Kitchen terhadap motif belajar siswa adalah 0,416 yang berada pada rentang pengaruh sedang. Sedangkan besar pengaruhnya adalah 17,3%. The type of research used in this research is explanatory with a quantitative approach that uses research methods survey with a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature study. Data processing techniques in this study through the stages of editing, coding and tabulating the data analysis techniques using simple linear regression formula because there are only two variables involved. Based on this research, it is known there are significant student learning motive culinary department SMK 3 Bandar Lampung. Correlation value Hell Kitchen Culinary impressions influence on student learning motive is 0.416 which is in the range of influence being. While the greatest effect was 17.3%.
