Abstract
ABSTRAK Group Investigation merupakan salah satu tipe model pembelajaran kooperatif yang melibatkan siswa sejak perencanaan, baik dalam menentukan topik maupun cara untuk mempelajarinya melalui investigasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Swadhipa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X.4 sebagai kelas kontrol yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Analis data mengunakan Uji-t. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran tipe Group Investigation efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran mate¬matika ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Kata kunci: Efektivitas,Group Investigation, pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.
