Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Salah satu aliran Kepercayaan yang bersumber pada budaya leluhur Bangsa Indonesia, yang mengandung nilai-nilai luhur dan telah membudaya pada masyarakat sebagai hasil penalaran daya, cipta, karsa, dan rasa manusia, yang berwujud kepercayaan budaya meliputi aliran kebatinan, kejiwaan, kerokhanian/kepercayaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa adalah Aliran Kerokhanian Sapta Darma. Aliran Kerokhanian Sapta Darma telah berkembang di beberapa daerah, salah satunya terdapat di Lampung yang memiliki pengikut baik dari tingkat desa, kabupaten dan Provinsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan hak ekonomi dan hak politik penghayat kerokhanian Sapta Darma sebagai warga negara Indonesia, baik dari pemahaman warga Sapta Darma sendiri maupun dari pemahaman peneliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melaui wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap informan yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hak ekonomi dan hak politik penghayat kerokhanian Sapta Darma belum terpenuhi seutuhnya. Dalam pemenuhan hak ekonomi kelompok penghayat mengalami diskriminasi dalam dua bentuk yaitu, diskriminasi struktural dan diskriminasi individual. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari masih terdapatnya labelling dan stereotyping dari masyarakat yang dialami oleh beberapa kelompok penghayat dalam lingkungan pekerjaan. Dalam pemenuhan hak politik, kelompok penghayat Sapta Darma juga mengalami hambatan sosial, dimana hambatan yang dialami disebabkan oleh buruknya pelayanan di tingkat lokal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pemenuhan hak atas pencatatan atas identitas agama di KTP, hak untuk berkumpul dan hak membangun rumah ibadah. Terkait dengan hambatan kelompok penghayat Sapta Darma dalam pemenuhan hak ekonomi dan hak politik disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pemenuhan hak ekonomi dan hak politik, kelompok penghayat melakukan upaya/strategi, mulai dari tingkatan masyarakat hingga ke tingkatan pemerintah. This study aims to determine the fulfillment of the economic rights and political rights penghayat kerokhanian Sapta Darma as Indonesian citizens, both of understanding Sapta Darma own citizens and of understanding the researcher. The method used descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and literature study. In-depth interviews to informants purposively selected. These results indicate that the economic rights and political rights penghayat kerokhanian Sapta Darma has not been fulfilled completely. In fulfillment of the economic rights penghayat groups experience discrimination in two forms, namely, discrimination structural and individual discrimination. It can be seen from the still presence of labeling and stereotyping of communities that experienced by some groups penghayat in the work environment. In fulfillment of political rights, the group penghayat Sapta Darma also experience social barriers, where the barriers experienced due to the bad service at the local level. It can be seen from the right to registration of religious identity in the ID card, the right to assembly and the right to build houses of worship. Barriers associated with Sapta Darma penghayat group in the fulfillment of the economic rights and political rights is caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. To overcome obstacles in fulfillment of the economic rights and political rights, the group penghayat efforts / strategies, ranging from the community level up to government level.
