Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peranan Fasilitator Kecamatan dalam program GSMK, (2) kinerja kelompok masyarakat (Pokmas) dalam program GSMK, dan (3) hubungan peranan Fasilitator kecamatan dengan kinerja kelompok masyarakat dalam program GSMK di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang yang menjalankan Program GSMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 Fasilitator dan 151 Pokmas, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 Fasilitator dan 10 Pokmas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) peranan Fasilitator kecamatan dalam program GSMK secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan sudah berperan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, (2) kinerja kelompok masyarakat dalam program GSMK secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan cukup baik, dan (3) semakin baik peranan Fasilitator Kecamatan dalam program GSMK maka semakin baik pula kinerja Pokmas dalam melaksanakan program GSMK di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Kata kunci: Fasilitator Kecamatan, Kelompok Masyarakat, Kinerja, Peranan, Program GSMK ABSTRACT This research aimed at investigating: (1) the districts facilitator’s role in (GSMK) Program, (2) the society group’s performance in (GSMK) Program, and (3) the relation of the districts facilitator’s role and the society group’s performance in (GSMK) Program in Tulang Bawang Regency. This research was condicted in Tulang Bawang Regency which runs (GSMK) Program. This research used survey method and qualitative descriptive analysis. The population of this research were 15 facilitators and 151 society groups, the sample which was taken amounts 10 facilitators and 10 society groups. The data was analyzed through Rank Spearman Analysis. The results showed: (1) the districts facilitator’s role in (GSMK) Program can be said that it has acted properly based on the main job and fuction, (2) the society group’s performance in (GSMK) Program can be said rather good, and (3) if the districts facilitator’s role in (GSMK) Program was better, caused the society group’s performance in (GSMK) Program in Tulang Bawang was better as well.
