ABSTRACT Human as human resources are important resources that should be owned by an organization. Because of its source is important and logical if in order to improve performance, human beings as factors that determine the achievement of the goals of the organization, considering that there are because of human organization. to the success of organizational goals, then the man in the organization must obtain a clear division of tasks, but it also required coordination as a step unification vision and mission, and discipline for the organization have rules and restrictions that must be obeyed by all human resources in the organization If seen in Table 3 regarding the number of programs that are not realized, it can be concluded that there was an impairment of performance on board Dekopin. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by one employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities that chargedhim The hypothesis is: Is the division of work, coordination and discipline high work together affect the performance of management Indonesian Cooperative Council The analytical tool used is the Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 13.0 tool, Based on calculations, showing Fcount value of 12.179 at 95% confidence level and Ftable 2.93. Because the calculated F> F table, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted, so that there is a statistically significant effect between the Division of Labour (X1), Coordination (X2), and the Discipline of Work Height (X3), to Performance(Y). The amount of independent variables affect performance is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) that is equal to 0.557. This contribution was statistically significant independent variables consisted of Division of Labour, Coordination, and the Discipline of Work Height jointly affect the dependent variable is performance of 55.7%% while the remaining 44.3% influenced by otherfactors. Thus the division of labor, coordination and discipline work collectively together affect the performance of the central committee of the Board of Cooperative Indonesia Partial results of hypothesis testing with the t test at α 0.025 indicates that: a) t (3.982)> t table (2.045). then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted b) t (-0.662) <t table (2.045), then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected c) t (2.807)> t table (2.045), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted
