Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Gender equality is women and men have a status and have the same condition in the fulfillment of their rights as human beings and realize the ability to play an active role in development. Looking at the number of employees almost equally in number between male employees and female employees in business management plywood industry, where various types of job specifications that can be done by employees of both men and women according to his ability, so this causes the difference between the employee performed the role of men and women either in providing products, employee performance and also wages obtained. Based on these differences it is doing research on "Gender Equality In Plywood Business Management in the CV Kota Agung District Tegineneng." This study aims to: (1) studying the role of gender in the plywood business management in the CV Kota Agung District Tegineneng, (2) Determine the work done by gender specification. This research method of data collection using simple random sampling (simple random sample). The method of analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative significance comparisons were performed using T test results indicated that: (1) There are differences in gender roles that occur in the CV Kota Agung events, especially in plywood production, but there were no differences in the distribution working hours, wages, allowances and justice being provided by the company, (2) Based on the results of T test conducted between employee roles of men and women did not differ significantly in conducting the business management of the CV Kota Agung.
