Abstrak Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi adalah dambaan semua daerah maupun Negara. Pertumbuhan ekonomi juga merupakan gambaran hasil kerja pemerintah dalam mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Pertumbuhan ekonomi selalu menjadi salah satu indikator tingkat kesejahteraan penduduk di suatu daerah atau Negara. Dengan tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dan pemerataan pendapatan, berarti secara langsung akan mengurangi jumlah penduduk yang tergolong miskin. Salah satu indikasi dari kemajuan perekonomian adalah melalui pencapaian tingkat pertumbuhan produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) atau Produk domestik bruto (PDB). Otonomi daerah tidak hanya berhenti dengan pembagian dana pembangunan yang relative “adil” antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk dana perimbangan (balancing fund), tetapi keberhasilan otonomi daerah yang diukur dari seberapa besar porsi sumbangan masyarakat lokal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah atau Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Permasalahan dalam penulisan ini adalah “Bagaimanakah tingkat perkembangan PDRB atas Harga Konstan 2000=100 terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2001 - 2008”. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana tingkat perkembangan PDRB atas Harga Konstan 2000 terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2001 – 2008. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.Anilisis kualitatif disini digunakan untuk menjelaskan data pada tabel yang disajikan dan angka – angka yang dapat dari hasil perhitungan. Berdasarkan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1. Rata- rata peningkatan untuk PDRB atas Dasar Harga Berlaku untuk Provinsi Lampung dari tahun 2001 sampai 2008 sebesar 13,66 persen dan PDRB atas Dasar Harga Konstan sebesar 4,60 persen.Selain itu juga rata– rata peningkatan untuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari tahun 2001 – 2008 sebesar 28,69 persen. Untuk itu perkembangan PDRB provinsi terus mengalami peningkatan begitu pun pendapatan asli daerahnya walaupun dalam beberapa sektor atau subsektor PDRB mengalami penurunan dikarenakan beberapa faktor antara lain pada sektor Pertanian, Pertambangan dan Penggalian, kemudian pada subsektor air bersih. 2. Pendapatan asli daerah tidak ada hubungan yang sistematis terhadap pertumbuhan ekonominya (PDRB) selain itu juga laju pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak mencerminkan adanya Pendapatan asli daerah yang tinggi. Abstrak High economic growth is the desire of all regions and countries. Economic growth is also a picture of the work of government in the welfare of its people. Economic growth has always been one indicator of the level of welfare of the population in an area or State. With the achievement of high economic growth and equitable distribution of income, means directly will reduce the number of people classified as poor. One indication of economic progress is through the achievement of the growth rate of gross regional domestic product (GDP) or gross domestic product (GDP). Regional autonomy is not simply stop with the allocation of development funds are relatively "fair" between central and local governments in the form of equalization funds (balancing fund), but the success of regional autonomy is measured by how large the portion of local contribution to regional economic growth or domestic product Regional Bruto (GDP). The problem in this writing is "How does the level of GDP growth on Constant Prices 2000 = 100 to increase real income of Lampung Province in 2001 - 2008". The purpose of this paper is to find out how the level of GDP growth for 2000 Constant Prices to increase real income of Lampung Province, 2001 - 2008. The analysis tool used is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis used here to describe the data presented in the tables and numbers that can be from the calculation. Based on the discussion we can conclude that: 1. The average increase to GDP at Current Price for Lampung Province from 2001 to 2008 amounted to 13.66 percent and GDP on the Constant Price at 4.60 persen.Selain was also the average increase for the Local Revenue (PAD) of year 2001 - 2008 amounted to 28.69 percent. For the development of provincial GDP continues to increase so did the original income regions, although in some sectors or subsectors GDP has decreased due to several factors, among others, the Agriculture sector, Mining and Quarrying, then the sub-sectors of clean water. 2. Revenue is dependent upon how much the region can boost its economic growth (GDP). If GDP increases, then this indicates an increase will push the original revenue area.
