Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Latar belakang : Pneumonia adalah infeksi akut parenkim paru yang meliputi alveolus dan jaringan interstitial. salah satu bentuk penilaiannya adalah Drug related problems (DRPs) yang merupakan suatu peristiwa atau keadaan dimana terapi obat berpotensi atau secara nyata dapat mempengaruhi hasil terapi yang diinginkan. Metode penelitian : penelitian analitik korelatif dengan correlate bivariate yang bersifat retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian : dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien pneumonia komuniti pria 32 orang dan wanita 31 orang dengan rentangan umur dari ≤ 34 sampai ≥ 85. Simpulan penelitian : setelah dilakukan penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada RSUD Jendral ahmad yani kota metro masih ditemukan Adanya DRPs total pada pasien dengan persentase 71% dengan DRPs masing masing kategori : pemilihan golongan (29%), pemilihan jenis obat (13%), dosis dan signature obat (13%), indikasi tanpa obat (49%), obat tanpa indikasi (10%). Terdapat hubungan pemilihan obat, DRPs Indikasi obat terhadap DRPs total dengan sig.<0,05. Tidak terdapat hubugan DRPs dosis obat terhadap DRPs total dengan sig.>0,05. Kata kunci : drugs related problems (DRPs), pneumonia komuniti. ABSTRACT Background: Pneumonia is acute infection of the pulmonary parenchyma which include alveolar and interstitial tissue. one form of assessment is Drug related problems (DRPs), that is an event or circumstance which has the potential of drug therapy or can significantly affect the desired therapeutic outcome. Methods: analytical correlative with bivariate correlate the retrospective nature by using secondary data drawn from the Hospital General Ahmad Yani Metro City. Result: The result showed patients with pneumonia community of men 32 and women 31 people with age range from ≤ 34 to ≥ 85. Conclusions: after a study the Hospital General Ahmad Yani metro city still found presence of DRPs total in patients with a percentage of 71% with DRPs each category: group drugs (29%), the choice of drugs (13%), doses drugs (13%), indication without drugs (49%), drugs without indication (10%). There is a relationship DRPs selection group drugs, DRPs Indications to total DRPs with sig. <0.05. There are no relationship DRPs doses drugs to total DRPs with sig.> 0.05.
