Abstrack: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of self concept, activity of learning, and interest in reading of literature on learning outcomes in accounting subject of odd semester at class XII IPS SMA N 1 Seputih Mataram lessons year 2015/2016. The method used in this research was descriptive verivicative with ex post facto and survey approach. The population in this research amounted to 93 students, and by using Taro Yamane formula, it obtained amount to 75 students and then taken by used Simple Random Sampling technique. In the first, second, and third hypothesis testing used simple linear regression formula, while the forth hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that there was positive effect and significant of self concept, activity of learning, and interest in reading of literature on learning outcomes in accounting. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, keaktifan belajar dan minat baca literatur terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS semester ganjil SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 siswa, dan dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 siswa yang kemudian pengambilannya menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengujian hipotesis pertama, kedua dan ketiga menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis keempat menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan konsep diri, keaktifan belajar dan minat baca literatur terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi.
