Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
This research is done to analyze and describe the planning, recruiting, managing, supervising, resigning, and responsibilty of educator human resources at vocational school of Bina Latih Karya Bandar Lampung. This research used case study with the qualitative approach, data gained through interview in the forms of opinions, respons, information, and concept formulated in the description of the problems. The result of the research shows that (1) planning of educator human resources was based on the numbers of student teacher ratio, (2) team decided to do recuitment, (3) managing of educator human resource done internally and externally, (4)supervising of educator human resources wasdone bottom up by the authorised officer, (5) resigning of the educator human resource happened because the system built worked, and (6) responsibility of the educator human resource was in the form of completing teaching documents, filling teaching journasl, student accademic achievement review, and how to interact with both colleague and students. Key words: educator human resources, management, vocational school Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengadaan, pembinaan, pengawasan, pemberhentian, dan pertanggungjawaban sumber daya pendidik di SMK-BLK Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan rancangan studi kasus, data diperoleh dari wawancara berupa pendapat, tanggapan, informasi, konsep dan keterangan yang berbentuk uraian dalam mengungkapkan masalah, kajian dokumen dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan sumber daya pendidik didasarkan atas banyaknya jumlah siswa pendaftar,(2) pengadaan diputuskan untuk melakukan penambahan tenaga pendidik, maka tim rekrutmen bekerja, (3) pembinaan tenaga pendidik terdiri dari internal dan eksternal, (4) pengawasan tenaga pendidik yang berlaku di lingkungan SMK-BLK Bandar Lampung dengan sistem berjenjang, (5) pemberhentian tenaga pendidik selama ini belum pernah terjadi, (6) pertanggung jawaban tenaga pendidik berupa pemenuhan adminsterasi pelaksanaan KBM, keteraturan mengisi jurnal mengajar, peninjauan prestasi akademik siswa, dan cara tenaga pendidik menangani siswa.
