ABSRTACT THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, WORK CULTURE AND WORK COMMITMENT TOWARD TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN SUMBEREJO SUB DISTRICT TANGGAMUS REGENCY BY Suwandi This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of school leadership on teacher professionalism, work culture towards professionalism, commitment to professionalism, school leadership to work commitment, work culture towards work commitment, school leadership to professionalism through work commitments, work culture against professionalism through work commitments, school leadership to directly influence the work culture of professionalism, leadership principals to directly influence the work culture of work commitments. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection techniques such as kuwesioner. To test the hypothesis used path analysis (parth analisys). The population numbered 64, with a sample of 40 people, in the sampling used stratified proportional random sampling (random). These results indicate that there are (1) significant school leadership in the professionalism of teachers, in the amount of 0.840,(2) there are cultural influences working in the professionalism of teachers, in the amount of 0.913, (3) there are significant commitment to work towards the professionalism of teachers, in the amount of 0,900,(4) there is the influence of school leadership to work commitments, in the amount of 0.925,(5) there are cultural influences working against the work commitment, in the amount of 0.917,(6) there is the influence of school leadership in the professionalism of teachers through work commitments, in the amount of 0.395,(7) there are cultural influences work against professionalism through work commitments, in the amount of 0.857,(8) there is the influence of school leadership to the work culture of direct influence the professionalism, that is equal to 0.654,(9) there is the influence of school leadership to work culture directly influence the work commitment, is equal to 0.760. Keywords: school leadership, professionalism, work culture, work commitments ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP PROFESIONALISME GURU DI SMP NEGERI KECAMATAN SUMBEREJO KABUPATEN TANGGAMUS Oleh Suwandi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru, budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme, komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalisme, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja, budaya kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme melalui komitmen kerja, budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme melalui komitmen kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap profesionalisme, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuwesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis jalur (parth analisys). populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 64 orang, dengan sampel 40 orang, dalam pengambilan sampel digunakan stratified proportional random sampling (acak). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru, yaitu sebesar 0,840,(2) terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru, yaitu sebesar 0,913,(3) terdapat pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru, yaitu sebesar 0,900,(4) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,925,(5) terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap komitmen kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,917,(6) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui komitmen kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,395, (7) terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap profesionalisme melalui komitmen kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,857,(8) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap profesionalisme, yaitu sebesar 0,654,(9) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,760.
