Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Profesionalisme merupakan suatu keahlian dan kemampuan aparat merefleksikan arah dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh sebuah organisasi, dan dapat menciptakan suatu kondisi yang baik sehingga dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan secara inovatif, efektif dan efisien. Profesionalisme ini dapat dipengaruhi dengan adanya tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai, seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai, dan seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu data diolah dibantu dengan program SPSS Statistic 17,0. Dari hasil uji t terhadap masing-masing variabel, didapat hasil tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran dengan nilai thitung>ttabel, yaitu 1,818>1,676. Dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung>ttabel, yaitu 1,841>1,676. Dari hasil uji F menunjukkan bersama-sama tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran, yaitu dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel, yaitu 23,807>3,19. Sedangkan uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa R2 (square) sebesar 0,407 artinya tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja dapat menjelaskan perubahan profesionalisme pegawai sebesar 40,7% sedangkan 50,3% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pendidikan, Motivasi Kerja, Profesionalisme Kerja ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS Professionalism is a skill and ability of the officers to reflect the direction and goals to be achieved by an organization, and can create favorable conditions so that it can carry out the work in an innovative, effective and efficient. Professionalism can be influenced by their level of education and motivation of the employees. This study aims to determine how much influence the level of education for employee professionalism, how much influence the work motivation on employee professionalism, and how much influence the level of education and work motivation on employee professionalism District Health Department Of Pesawaran. This study used quantitative and descriptive research type, the data is processed to assisted with SPSS Statistics 17.0. From the results of the test on each of the variables, the result is to take effect on the level of education for the employee professionalism of District Health Department Of Pesawaran with tcount >ttable, which is 1,818>1,676. And work motivation influence the professionalism of employees working with tcount>ttable, namely 1,841>1,676. From the F test results indicate together the level of education and motivation significantly influence to employee professionalism District Health Department Of Pesawaran, with a value of Fcount >Ftable, namely 23,803 >3,19. While determination test shows that R2 (square) of 0,407 means that the level of education and work motivation can explain the changes professionalism of employees amount to 40,7%, while 50,3% are influenced or explained by the other variables.
