Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Data diperoleh dari mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Lampung, Universitas Bandar Lampung, IBI Darmajaya, dan Universitas Malahayati. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidential sampling yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang ditemui cocok sebagai sumber data. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat bantu SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikasi parameter individual dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengenalan diri dan ketrampilan sosial, sedangkan faktor pengendalian diri, motivasi, dan empati tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, pemahaman akuntansi. abstrak bahasa inggris The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of emotional intelligence accounting student on the level of understanding of accounting. Data is collected from accounting student in University of Lampung, University of Bandar Lampung, IBI Darmajaya and University of Malahayati. This research is case study where the samples were collected by accidential sampling method which the technique of sample determination based on accidental, anyone accidentally meet the researcher can be used as sample, if the person suit as data source. Data processing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on the result of the significance individual parameter can be concluded that the level of understanding accounting student influenced by the factor of introduction and social skill, meanwhile the factor of self-control, motivation and emphaty don’t have influence on the level of understanding accounting student.
