Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebaran dan kebutuhan guru geogarfi Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung tahun 2015. Titik tekan kajian pada kualifikasi guru, kebutuhan guru, dan sebaran guru di wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian seluruh Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kabupaten Pesawaran yaitu berjumlah 19 sekolah dan memiliki 27 guru geografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan tabulasi dan persentase sebagai dasar interpretasi dan deskripsi guna membuat laporan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan informasi bahwa kualifikasi guru di wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran sudah relevan karena memenuhi ketentuan lulusan S1 Pendidikan Geografi dan telah disertifikasi, namun persebaran guru tiap kecamatan masih kurang merata. Secara keseluruhan kebutuhan guru geografi di wilayah tersebut 24 orang. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa sebaran guru geografi SMA di wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung tahun 2015 belum merata dan tidak sesuai dengan jumlah guru yang dibutuhkan. ABSTARCT The purpose of this research was to analyze the dissemination and requirement of geografi teachers in Pesawaran regency of Lampung Province in 2014/2015 years academic. The pressure point of this research was teacher qualification, teacher requirement and teacher dissemination in Pesawaran Regency. This study used a descriptive method. The object of this research is all over Senior High School in Pesawaran Regency amount of 18 schools and there was 27 teachers of geography study. The data was collected by means of questionnaires and documentation technique. The data analyzed was using tabulastion and percentage as main interpretation and description to make this research report. The results of this research showing the information that the dissemination of teachers in Pesawaran Regency has been relevan because it fullfiling the provision of their S1 educational background and they has been certified, yet the teacher dissemination still not completely been distributed. Comprehensively the requirement of geography teachers on this territory is 24 persons. It can be stated that the dissemination of high school geography teachers in the Pesawaran regency of Lampung Province in 2014/2015 was uneven and not according to the number of geography teachers requirement in every senior high school.
