Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pabrik Sodium Hidrogen Karbonat berbahan baku sodium karbonat, karbon dioksida, dan air direncanakan didirikan di Indramayu, Jawa Barat. Pendiriaan pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Sodium Hidrogen Karbonat sebanyak 30.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah sodium karbonat sebanyak 6.398,042 kg/jam dan karbon dioksida sebanyak 1170,469 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan karbon dioksida, pengadaan steam, pengadaan udara instrument, pengadaan listrik, pengadaan refrigerant dan pengolahan limbah. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 172 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 302.287.927.065,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 53.344.928.305,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 355.632.855.370,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 37,58% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 17,81% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,04 tahun 2,42 tahun 33,22% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 26,57% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 33,38% Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Sodium Hidrogen Karbonat ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai masa depan yang baik. ABSTRACT Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate plant with materials, sodium carbonate, carbon diokside, and water is planned to be built in Indramayu, West Java. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 30.000 tons/year Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate with operation time 24 hour/day, 330 hour/year. Raw materials used consist of 2818,859 kg/hour of sodium carbonate, 1170,469 kg/hour of carbon dioxide, and 3550, 9941 kg/hour of water. The utility units consist of water supply system, steam supply system,utility units consist of carbon dioxide, instrument air supply system, power generation system, refrigerant supply system and waste treatment system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 172 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 302.287.927.065,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 53.344.928.305,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 355.632.855.370,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 37,58% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 17,81% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,04 year 2,42 year 33,22% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 26,57% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 33,38% Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
