Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis vaksin ND terhadap besarnya titer antibodi yang dihasilkan pada itik jantan, telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2015 sampai Januari 2016, bertempat di Desa Sabah Balau, Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari p0 kontrol disuntik aquades 0,5 ml; p1 dosis vaksin ND 0,1 ml; p2 dosis vaksin ND 0,2 ml; p3 dosis vaksin ND 0,3 ml; p4 dosis vaksin ND 0,4 ml; dan p5 dosis vaksin ND 0,5 ml. Perlakuan diberikan pada itik jantan umur 5 hari dengan jenis vaksin Newcastle disease (ND) inaktif. Analisis jumlah titer antibodi analisis di PT. Vaksindo, Jakarta. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis vaksin ND inaktif tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap titer antibodi yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci: itik jantan, dosis vaksin ND inaktif, titer antibodi ABSTARCT The research aims to determine the effect of ND vaccine doses to the amount of antibody titers produced in the male duck, held in December 2015 until January 2016, located in the village of Sabah Balau, Subdistrict of Tanjung Bintang, District of South Lampung. Analysis of white blood cells (WBC) held in the Central Veterinary Lampung, while the number of antibody titer analysis at PT. Vaksindo, Jakarta. The experimental design used in this study is completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of p0 control injected 0.5 ml of distilled water; p1 ND 0.1 ml dose of vaccine; p2 ND vaccine doses of 0.2 ml; p3 ND vaccine doses of 0.3 ml; p4 ND vaccine doses of 0.4 ml; and p5 ND vaccine doses of 0.5 ml. The treatment given to the male duck age of 5 days with inactive Newcastle disease (ND) vaccine. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance on the real level of 5%. The results of this study showed that administration of inactivated ND vaccine doses give no significant effect (P> 0.05) on antibody titers produced.
