Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah implikasi yuridis putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi nomor 14/PUU-XI/2013 tentang pengujian Undang-Undang Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden memiliki nilai Konstitusionalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan cara melakukan beberapa inventarisasi terhadap putusan Mahakah Konstitusi yang telah menguji Undang-Undang tentang Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, menelaah teori-teori tentang pengambilan keputusan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi yang berdasarkan pertimbangan hukum dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil Penelitian tentang Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi ini menemukan bahwa, implikasi yurisis putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi nomor 14/PUU-XI/2013 tentang Undang-Undang Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden memiliki nilai konstitusionalitas. This research was conducted through a normative juridical approach by doing some inventory against the decision of the Constitutional court who has judicial review ongeneral elections president and vice precident, examines theories about the decision of Constitutional Court judges were based on legal considerations in decision making.
