Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak eksternalitas positif dan negatif dari keberadaan PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Kelurahan Campang Jaya, Kecamatan Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keberadaan PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant menimbulkan eksternalitas positif dan eksternalitas negatif Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, eksternalitas positif dari PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant antara lain: adanya tenaga kerja yang terserap terkait keberadaan PT. Phillips Indonesia Lampung Plant, meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat secara umum, berkembangnya struktur ekonomi yaitu adanya peluang usaha seperti warung makan, toko klontongan, rumah kontrakan/kos-kosan karena keberadaan PT. Phillips Indonesia Lampung Plant. Eksternalitas negatif yang ditimbulkan dari keberadaan PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant antara lain: terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan, perusakan infrastruktur jalan serta kesehatan masyarakat menurun akibat lingkungan yang tercemar. Kata Kunci : Eksternalitas positif, eksternalitas negatif ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the positive and negative externalities impact from the existence of PT. Phillips Seafood Inonesia Lampung Plant against the economic of the Kelurahan Campang Jaya, Kecamatan Sukabumi society Bandar Lampung. The data source that used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis method that use is a statistical-descriptive-quantitative method. The analysis result show that PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant existence inflict the positive and negative externalities. Based on the result of the research, the positive externalities of PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant such as: there are labors were absorbed related of PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant, the people income increase generaly, the economics structure were evolve and there are business opportunities like canteens, stalls and rented house because the PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant existence. The negative externalities that impact from PT. Phillips Seafood Indonesia Lampung Plant existence such as: the occurrence of environmental polution, the impairment of street infrastructure and the decline of people health.
