Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Aksi Nasional Gerakan Menuju PJAS yang Aman Bermutu dan Bergizi di Kota Bandar Lampung serta faktor apa saja yang menghambat implementasi program tersebut. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut model analisis yang dikemukakan Merilee S. Grindle dalam (Agustino, 2008:154-157) dengan Purposive Sampling sebagai teknik untuk menentukan informannya. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan melalui Studi Kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan inforrnan serta dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari Implementasi Program Aksi Nasional Gerakan Menuju PJAS yang Aman Bermutu dan Bergizi Oleh BPOM Bandar Lampung cukup berhasil. Karena walaupun pengimplementasian program ini dilaksanakan dengan anggaran yang terbatas, jumlah SDM BPOM tidak terlalu banyak, lokasi berjualan pedagang yang berpindah-pindah sehingga mempersulit pengawasan dan target sasaran yakni sekolah yang tidak selalu memiliki fasilitas kantin, BPOM mampu melaksanakan program PJAS ini dengan cukup baik dengan didukung penuh oleh target sasaran program ini yakni pihak sekolah. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Sekolah Dasar, Jajanan abstract This study aims to find out how the Implementation of the National Actions Movement Programme Towards Safe, Quality, and Nutritious School Snacks by BPOM Bandar Lampung and factors that hamper the implementation of this programme. ln this study the authors used data analysis techniques presented by Merilee S. Grindle in (Agustino, 2008:154-157) with purposive sampling as a technique to determine the informants. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative approaches. The necessary data is collected through Library Research and Field Work Research through observation, interviews with informants and documentation. The conclusions of this study show that the Implementation of the National Actions Movement Programme Towards Safe, Quality, and Nutritious School Snacks by BPOM Bandar Lampung is quite success. Because although the implementation of this program is implemented with limited budget, the numbers of BPOM employee is not too much, location of the snack hawker is not permanent that caused difficulties to control, and target the schools that do not always have canteen facilities, BPOM is able to implement this program quite well with fully supported by the elementary schools as the progrmme target.
