Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan peringkat antara perangkingan website universitas negeri di Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera dengan menggunakan Metode SAW dan TOPSIS dengan hasil perangkingan Webometrics yang rilis pada Januari 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan automatic website evaluation tools. Objek penelitian ini adalah 49 website univeristas negeri di Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera. 49 website universitas tersebut dilakukan pengambilan data menggunakan automatic website evaluation tools untuk mengetahui accessibility, customization and personalization, download speed, ease of use, errors, navigation dan site content, setelah data diperoleh kemudian dilakukan perhitungan untuk memperoleh hasil perangkingan dengan Metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Hasil perangkingan kemudian dibandingkan dengan perangkingan Webometrics yang rilis bulan januari 2016 dengan menggunakan uji Spearman dan uji Z untuk dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Uji Z perangkingan Metode SAW dengan perangkingan Metode TOPSIS adalah signifikan sama, terbukti dengan nilai z hitung yang bernilai 6,75 dimana bernilai lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% yang seharusnya 1,96. (2) Uji Z perangkingan Webometrics dengan perangkingan metode TOPSIS adalah signifikan sama, terbukti dengan nilai z hitung yang bernilai 6,6 dimana bernilai lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% yang seharusnya bernilai 1,96. (3) Uji Z perangkingan Webometrics dengan perangkingan metode SAW adalah signifikan berbeda, terbukti dengan nilai z hitung yang bernilai 6,84 dimana bernilai lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% yang seharusnya bernilai 1,96. ABSTRACT The research was conducted to determine the comparative rank among website rank private university in Java and Sumatera by using the SAW and TOPSIS method with Webometrics rank release ini January 2016. This study used automatic website evaluation tools. This research object is the 49 private university website in Java and Sumatera. 49 website private university data retrieval is done using automatic website evaluation tools, accessibility, customization and personalization, download speed, ease of use, errors, navigation and site content, after the data was obtained then performed to obtain the results of calculations by the SAW and TOPSIS method. The results were then compared with Webometrics rank the release in January 2016 by using spearman test and Z test for hypotheses tested. The results showed (1) Z test SAW rank with the same TOPSIS rank is significant, as evidenced by the value of z count the value 6,75 which is larger than 5% significance level that should be 1,96. (2) Z test TOPSIS rank with the same Webometrics release in January 2016rank is significant, as evidenced by the value of z count the value 6,6 which is larger than 5% significance level that should be 1,96. (3) Z test SAW rank with the same Webometrics release in January 2016 rank is significant, as evidenced by the value of z count the value 6,84 which is larger than 5% significance level that should be 1,96.
