Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah dengan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel pemediasi pada pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Lampung. Berdasarkan 62 responden, data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara penuh (fully mediation) hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya motivasi bagi aparatur untuk meningkatkan realisasi anggaran yang telah ditetapkan dan pentingnya apresiasi terhadap kinerja aparatur sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan kinerja aparatur itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menyarankan pendekatan sistem reward dan punishment untuk meningkatkan kinerja aparatur pemerintah. Kata kunci : Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of participation in budgeting on the performance of government officials with job satisfaction and motivation as an intervening variable on local authorities in the province of Lampung. Based on 62 respondents, the data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study found that job satisfaction and work motivation mediate in full (fully mediation) the relationship between budget participation on the performance of the government apparatus. Thus the research is expected to provide an understanding of the importance of motivation for personnel to increase the realization of a set budget and the importance of appreciation of the performance of the apparatus so as to enhance job satisfaction implications on improving the performance of the an apparatus itself. This study suggests a system of reward and punishment approach to improving the performance of the government apparatus.
