Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Banyaknya aktivitas warga membuat transportasi di kota Bandar Lampung terutama pada pagi dan sore hari sepulang kerja menjadi padat. Kemacetan tersebut sudah menjadi hal yang wajar di kota Bandar Lampung dan masyarakat memang dipaksa untuk terbiasa dengan hal tersebut. Keberadaan infrastruktur yang memadai sangat diperlukan seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks. Kerangka kebijakan regulasi dan investasi diharapkan akan meningkatkan ketersediaan fasilitas dan layanan infrastruktur untuk menangani kemacetan tersebut, namun yang terjadi pada pembangunan infrastruktur seringkali menimbulkan pengaruh maupun dampak tersendiri khususnya terhadap aspek sosial AMDAL bagi masyarakat di sekitar proyek pembangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hasil analisis dampak dari pembangunan fly over Gajahmada-Antasari terhadap aspek sosial AMDAL kepada masyarakat sekitar proyek pembangunan infrastruktur, yaitu aspek demografi, sosial ekonomi, dan aspek psikologi dan sosial budaya. Metode dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pembangunan fly over Gajahmada- Antasari menyebabkan pro kontra di kalangan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Dampak terhadap aspek sosial AMDAL dari pembangunan fly over Gajahmada- Antasari juga berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakat yang ada. Hal yang paling berdampak yaitu pada aspek ekonomi, yaitu mulai dari berkurangnya pendapatan hingga ketakutan dari warga akan hilangnya daya tarik ekonomi dari wilayah tersebut sebagai dampak adanya pembangunan fly over. Kata Kunci: Kemacetan, Kebijakan, Dampak Sosial. abstract The activity of many people to make transport in the city of Bandar Lampung especially on the morning and afternoon after work become solid. The jam has become very common in the city of Bandar Lampung and the community is forced to get used to it. The existence of adequate infrastructure indispensable along with the needs of people increasingly complex. Policy framework of regulations and investments are expected to improve the availability of facilities and infrastructure services to handle the traffic jam, but what happens in the development of infrastructure often lead to theinfluence of its own especially against AMDAL social aspect for the communitieslocated near construction project. The purpose of this study is to find and described the analysis the impact of construction fly over the Gajahmada-Antasari social aspects of the AMDAL to residents infrastructure construction project, namely the demographic, socioeconomic, and a psychology and social and cultural. Methods of this research that is using the methodology descriptive qualitative. The research, shows that development policy fly over of Gajahmada-Antasari cause controversial with the community in the region. Impact on social aspect of construction fly over Gajahmada-Antasari also influences the sustainability of existing community. The most impact at the economic aspect, from the less income of up to the fears of citizens would loss of economic appeal from the region as a result the construction of fly over.
