Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 16 bank dari populasi 42 perusahaan perbankan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dalam bentuk laporan tahunan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel yang menggunakan alat Eviews 9.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital (ICD) mempunyai pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSRDI) mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan. Secara simultan, manajemen intellectual capital dan corporate social responsibility mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan (PBV). Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSRDI), Intellectual Capital (ICD), dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility on financial performance of banks listed on the stock excahange for the period 2011-2015. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitives methods. The sample in this research used purposive sampling method study amounted to 16 banks from population of 42 bankings companies to collect data in the form of documentation in the form annual report. The data analysis technique used is mutiple linier regression with panel data approach and used analytical tools Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that the Intellectual Capital (ICD) have a negative infulance with no significant effect toward firm value of banks. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSRDI) have a positive influance with significant effect toward firm value of banks. Simultaneously, the capital and corporate social responsibility has a significant effect toward firm value of banks (PBV).
