ABSTRAK Industri pariwisata sebagai rangkuman dari berbagai macam bidang usaha, yang secara bersama-sama menghasilkan produk-produk maupun jasa-jasa/layananlayanan atau services. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap dan motivasi wirausahawan di Pantai Mutun MS. Town dalam menjalankan usahanya. Serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap dan motivasi seseorang dalam berwirausaha pada sektor pariwisata di Pantai Mutun MS. Town. Untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif agar dapat lebih mengetahui secara detail apa yang menjadi faktor-faktor tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa wirausahawan yang berwirausaha disektor pariwisata memiliki sikap yang disiplin, berkomitmen tinggi, jujur, kreatif dan inovatif, mandiri serta bersikap realistis akan usaha yang dijalaninya. Dan wirausahawan di Pantai Mutun MS. Town memiliki motivasi yang sangat kuat dan selalu bekerja keras pantang menyerah akan tujuannya. Lalu terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Sikap dan Motivasi dalam berwirausaha pada masyarakat terdapat beberapa faktor yang memotivasi sesuai teori yang digunakan yaitu pada variabel sikap diantaranya adalah pengalaman pribadi, pengaruh orang lain yang dianggap penting, pengaruh kebudayaan (lingkungan), dan faktor ekonomi. Lalu pada variabel motivasi faktor yang mempengaruhi yang sesuai dengan teori diantaranya yaitu Need for Achievement, Need for independence, Nilai-nilai Pribadi, Pengalaman, Bentuk Peranan, Dukungan Keluarga dan teman, serta lingkungan. Lalu ada variabel yang ditemukan ketika berada dilapangan yaitu hobby dan Mengisi waktu luang. Kata kunci: Berwirausaha, Pariwisata, Sikap dan Motivasi ABSTRACT The tourism industry as a summary of the various business fields, which jointly produce products or services. This study aims to determine how is the attitude and motivation of entrepreneurs in Beach mutun MS. Town in business. And even how the factors influence a person's attitude and motivation in entrepreneurship in the tourism sector in Beach mutun MS. Town. To complete this study, authors used a qualitative descriptive methods in order to better understand in detail what the factors are. Results from this study show that the tourism sector’s entrepreneurs reflect attitudes such as discipline, high commitment, honesty, creativeness and innovative, independent and being realistic will attempt lived. Entrepreneurs in mutun beach MS. Town has a very strong motivation and always work hard to accomplish their objective. There are several factors that influence the attitude and motivation of entrepreneurs in society. According to the theory used, the factors influencing attitude includes personal experience, the influence of others that are considered important, cultural influences (the environment), and economic factors. Then the variable factors that affect motivation in accordance with the theory are need for achievement, need for independence, Personal Values, Experience, Role, Family Support and friends, as well as the environment.
