Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Kualitas dan hasil belajar siswa cenderung menurun yang di akibatkan dari kurang optimalnya kinerja guru dalam menjalankan tugas hal itu di tambah dengan kurangnya fasilitas pembelajaran, budaya sekolah yang tidak dilaksanakan dengang baik serta kurangnya guru yang mengikuti kegiatan PPKB.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh budaya sekolah, fasilitas pembelajaran dan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PPKB) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, uji korelasi parsial dan uji korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diketahui bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara program pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PPKB) terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara budaya sekolah, fasilitas pembelajaran dan program pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PPKB) secara bersamasama terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. Kata Kunci: Budaya Sekolah, Fasilitas Pembelajaran, PPKB, Kinerja Guru. abstract The quality of student learning and outcomes are likely to be a decline in akibatkan suboptimal performance of teachers in carrying out tasks that add to the lack of facilities, learning the culture of the school is not implemented with good and lack of teachers who follow the activities of the PPKB. The aim in this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the culture of the school, learning and sustainable development program keprofesian jointly against the performance of the PAUD teacher in Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study was the quantitative approach with the types of methods used in this research is a type of survey methods with quantitative approach asosiati with analysis techniques include test normality, test its homogeneity, test linieritas, partial correlation test and correlation of test doubles. Based on the results of the research and the discussion then it can be noted that: (1) there is a positive influence between cultures the school teacher's performance against the PAUD. (2) there is a positive influence on performance learning facilities between teachers of PAUD. (3) there is a positive influence among the sustainable development program keprofesian against the PAUD teacher performance. (4) there is a positive influence between the culture of the school, learning and sustainable development program keprofesian jointly against the PAUD teacher performance.
