Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Profesi jurnalis memiliki sisi menarik yang banyak dijadikan sebuah film ataupun drama, salah satunya drama serial Pinnochio yang menggambarkan dua sisi jurnalis dan mampu merepresentasikan kehidupan nyata dengan tujuan untuk menghibur, memberikan informasi dan mengedukasi masyarakat secara persuasif. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang representasi profil jurnalis yang ada pada drama serial “Pinnochio” dengan tolak ukur 5 prinsip jurnalis yaitu independensi, objektifitas, balance, fairness, dan imparsialitas yang kemudian merujuk pada perspektif kode etik jurnalistik yang bersifat universal dari International Federation of Journalist (IFJ) dan Kode Etik Jurnalistik Indonesia (KEJ). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Representasi Profil Jurnalis Pada Drama Serial Pinnochio dalam Perspektif Kode Etik Jurnalistik Internasional maupun yang ada di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini pada profil jurnalis. Profil ini terdapat pada 20 episode yang melekat pada tiga tokoh yaitu Choi In Ha, Choi Dal Po, dan Song Cha Ok. Metode yang digunakan ialah menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes, dengan perangkat analisis denotasi konotasi dan mitos. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah representasi profil jurnalis yang sesuai dengan prinsip independensi, objektifitas, balance, fairness, dan imparsialitas serta merujuk pada kode etik jurnalistik yang melekat pada tokoh Choi Dal Po dan Choi In Ha. Ditemukan pula bentuk pelanggaran yang terhadap kode etik jurnalistik yang melekat pada tokoh Song Cha Ok, antara lain dramatisir berita, tidak adanya verifikasi berita, pemalsuan informasi, dan pengeditan berita yang memojokkan seseorang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu motivasi pribadi, kekuasaan pemilik media, dan pemerintah. Kata kunci: Profil Jurnalis, Drama Serial, Kode Etik Jurnalistik REPRESENTATION JOURNALIST PROFILE IN DRAMA SERIES PINNOCHIO ON PERSPECTIVE OF JOURNALISTIC ETHICS Profession of journalist have interesting side and then it makes a movie or drama, one of them drama series pinnochio that describe two sides of journalist and to representation the real life aim to entertain, to information, and to education society as a persuasion. This research is about representation of journalist profile on drama series pinnochio with five standard of journalist principle among others independence, objectivity, balance, fairness, dan imparsiality that refer to perspective of journalistic ethics as the universal code on International Federation of Journalist (IFJ) and code of Indonesian journalist ethics (KEJ). Goals of this research is to ascertain and to describe Representation of Journalist Profile In Drama Series Pinnochio On Perspective Of International Journalistic Ethics as well as Indonesian Journalist Ethics. The focus of this research is find in 20 series on three character journalist profile, that is Choi In Ha, Choi Dal Po, and Song Cha Ok. The research using analisys method of Roland Barthes’s semiotics with three unit analysis as denotative, konotative, and myth. The result of this research is representation journalist profile who compatible the principle of independence, objectivity, balance, fairness, and imparsiality and refer to code of journalis ethics on character of Choi Dal Po and Choi In Ha. And also find infraction among others not compatible with code of journalist ethics who find in Song Cha Ok is exaggerate of news, unverification news, falsification information, and editing news whose cornering someone.
