Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pemilihan kepala daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat merupakan pilkada pertama kali dilaksanakan yang diikuti empat pasangan calon. Dalam pilkada tentu tidak bisa dipisahkan dari peran serta komunitas politik, seperti ormas atau LSM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Komunitas Politik dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah, menganalisis mengapa komunitas politik berperan dalam pilkada serta menganalisis dampak komunitas politik setelah pilkada. Tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran komunitas politik dalam pemilihan kepala daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun 2015 melalui representasi politik, yaitu (1). Symbolic Representation, keterwakilan kultur yaitu tokoh adat Sai Batin dan NU berupa sosialisasi, musyawarah antarkader dan dengan pemerintah daerah. (2). Descriptive Representation, tokoh adat Sai Batin dan NU memiliki peran besar berupa kerjasama dengan KPUD, mengadakan pengajian akbar, adanya kemiripan dari komunitas politik dalam langkah dukungan pada pilkada. (3). Substantive Representation, aktivitas untuk memperjuangkan kepentingan yang direpresentasikan pada kepentingan khalayak seperti Sai Batin dan NU mengutamakan komunikasi pada semua kandidat agar tercipta hubungan baik dengan harapan calon yang didukung bisa menang. Komunitas politik ini berperan karena memiliki kesadaran politik aktif, adanya orientasi kepentingan dan adanya tujuan yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi atau dampak yang diperoleh komunitas politik adalah adanya timbal balik kepentingan dengan pemerintah Pesisir Barat yaitu mendapatkan bantuan dana untuk kesejahteraan kepengurusan komunitas. Kata Kunci: Peran, Komunitas Politik dan Pilkada. ABSTRACT Regional head election in Pesisir Barat was the first regional head election held. It was followed by four candidate pairs. Certainly, in the regional head election it can not be separated from the participation of political communities, such as civil society organizations. This study aims to find out the Role of Political Communities in the Regional Head Election, to analyze why the political community plays a role in the elections and to analyze the impacts of the political community after the elections. Design of this study was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of political community in Pesisir Barat regional head election 2015 through political representation, is (1). Symbolic Representation, representation of culture which is the traditional character of Sai Batin and NU in the form of socialization, deliberation between cadres and local government. (2). Descriptive Representation, indigenous leaders Sai Batin and NU have a big role in the form of cooperation with KPUD, holding a grand ceremony, the similarity of the political community in supporting the regional head election (3). Substantive Representation, activities to fight for public interests, such as Sai Batin and NU prioritize communication on all candidates to create good relationships in hope that a supported candidate can be a chief of Pesisir Barat regency. This political community plays a role because it has an active political awareness, an interest orientation and a sustainable purpose. The implications or impacts of the political community are the reciprocity of Pesisir Barat government in obtaining financial support for the welfare of community stewardship.
