ABSTRAK Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan self efficacy siswa menyebabkan guru- guru IPA SMP di kota Bandar Lampung membutuhkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) yang dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan self efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dengan desain penelitian mengadopsi dari Sunyono (2014) dengan tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) pengembang-an, dan (3) pengujian/implementasi. Pengembangan model dimulai dari men-desain model sampai implementasi model dilakukan dengan cara aktivitas ber-ulang. Pengumpulan data penggunaan LKS hasil pengembangan dalam pem-belajaran oleh guru, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran, dan respon siswa ter-hadap penggunaan LKS hasil pengembangan menggunakan angket. Pengumpul-an data self efficacy menggunakan skala, dan pengumpulan data kemampuan ber-pikir kritis menggunakan tes. Data kualitatif berupa penggunaan LKS hasil pengembangan dalam pembelajaran oleh guru, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajar-an, respon siswa terhadap penggunaan LKS hasil pengembangan, dan self efficacy Sri Mulyani secara deskriptif, data kuantitatif berupa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dianalisis secara inferensial menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian me-nunjukkan bahwaLKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing hasil pengembangan memiliki validitas, keterlaksanaan, dan efektivitas yang sangat tinggi ditinjau dari validitas kesesuaian isi materi, konstruk, kemenarikan dan bahasa sehingga layak diguna-kan. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan respon siswa yang sangat tinggi, peng-gunaan LKS hasil pengembangan dalam pembelajaran oleh guru dan aktivitas siswa yang sangat tinggi, serta ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dalam me-numbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan nilai n-Gain sebesar 0,35 dan meningkatnya self efficacy siswa. Kata kunci: Lembar Kerja Siswa, inkuiri terbimbing, berpikir kritis, self efficacy ABSTRACT The low ability of critical thinking and self efficacy of the students caused the teachers of IPA junior high school in Bandar Lampung city need student worksheet which can grow the critical thinking ability and self efficacy of the students. This research is a development research that aims to produce student worksheet based guided inquiry with research design adopted from Sunyono (2014) with three stages, namely: (1) preliminary study, (2) development, and (3) testing / implementation. The development of the model starts from designing the model until the implementation of the model is done by re-activity. Collecting data on the use of student worksheet results of development in the learning by teachers, student activities in learning, and student responses to the use of student worksheet results of development using a questionnaire. Collecting self efficacy data using scale, and collecting critical thinking data using tests. Qualitative data in the form of the use of studen worksheet results of development in learning by teachers, student activity in learning, student responses to the use of student worksheet results of development, and self efficacy students are analyzed descriptively, quantitative da Sri Mulyani students' critical thinking ability analyzed inferensial using t-test. The results show that the inbuilt student worksheet based guidance on development results has very high validity, effectiveness, and effectiveness in terms of the validity of material conformity, construct, attractiveness and language so it is worth using. Implementation of learning and student responses are very high, the use of student worksheet results of development in learning by teachers and student activity is very high, and the achievement of learning objectives in developing the ability to think critically with n-Gain value of 0.35 and increased students’ self efficacy.
