ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INCOME FLUCTUATION THE PARENTS ABILITY IN FINANCING CHILDREN IN THE UNIVERSITIES By AGUNG SYAIFUL BAHRI This study aims to determine the influence of income fluctuation the parents ability in financing children in the universities. In this study, the researcher used the type of hyphotesis testing research or explanatory research, namely by exlaining the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. Respondents in this study are the parents who have children of High School graduates in 2014/2015 or 2015/2016 who are continuing their education in the universities, which amounted to 39 respondents. Spearman Rank statistical testing reseracher used to analyze this study. Based on the study conducted, the result obtained that income fluctuation the parents abilty in financing children in the universities is higher, then the lower of parents ability in financing children in the universities. Keywords : Income Fluctuation, Parental ability.
